The Philadelphia Eagles don't just scout talent. They build pipelines. That much has become clear following their success with Quinyon Mitchell, whose rise from Toledo Rockets standout to All-Pro-caliber performer has reshaped how fans of this organization view certain programs. When something works, Philadelphia doesn't hesitate to go back to it, and it seems they may be interested in raiding the Rockets' cupboard again.

It appears that Philadelphia's interest in that talent pool didn’t stop with Mitchell. The Eagles have already done homework on prospects like Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, and now another name has officially entered the conversation: Andre Fuller.

According to a report by Ryan Fowler, Fuller recently met with Philadelphia via a virtual session. He was someone Eagles Wire described as an under-the-radar prospect gaining traction. This continues what appears to be an ongoing evaluation process of the Rockets' wheelhouse. That's not accidental. That's intentional.

Additionally, he recently met at length virtually with the Philadelphia Eagles who have had multiple contacts with the first-team All-MAC selection during the pre-draft process.

Fuller brings production and consistency to the table. A First-Team All-MAC selection, he showed the ability to disrupt passing lanes and stay active around the football. He has the traits, instincts, and developmental upside, and that's where this gets interesting.

Philadelphia doesn't necessarily need to force a move at cornerback early in the draft. There are bigger priorities, such as addressing offensive line depth, edge help, and safety. That's never stopped them from adding to a position group they value, though. If anything, it reinforces their philosophy.

Great drafting teams don't wait for a weakness to appear. They build strength before there is desperation. The Toledo connection may not have been a talking point a few years ago, but it is now. If the Eagles believe they've found another piece worth developing, don't be surprised if they go back to that well one more time.
