As the Raiders continue filling out their offseason roster, they have added a wide receiver to the mix. Wide receiver Collin Johnson joins the Raiders entering his fifth NFL season out of Texas.
The 6-6, 222-pound receiver was originally a fifth round pick by the Jaguars in 2020. After one season in Jacksonville, injuries hit. He was ultimately waived and after a season with the Giants, injuries would cost him the 2022 season as well.
He has spent the past couple seasons in Chicago with the Bears, appearing in 12 games and catching two passes for 17 yards.
In total, Johnson has appeared in 38 career games with one start and recorded 31 receptions for 394 yards (12.7 avg.) and two touchdowns.
Johnson played four years at Texas, where he appeared in 45 games with 29 starts and totaled 188 receptions for 2,624 yards and 15 touchdowns.
