PurplePTSD works in partnership with Vikings Territory, similarly doing their utmost to offer top-notch coverage of the Minnesota Vikings. As a result, we’re promoting five of their top articles of the past month in “The P/PTSD Perspective.” Take a peek at some of their best stuff.

The P/PTSD Perspective: July 18th, 2026

1) Former Vikings WR Stefon Diggs Take Indirect Shot at Jordan Addison: Stefon Diggs has always been confident. Is he still the NFL’s 33rd-best receiver? If so, then he’s basically correct in his assessment that he is still the best WR2 in the NFL.

2) How the Vikings Can Walk into $25 Million in Added Cap Space for 2026: Nothing is certain until it’s certain. Still, though, it would be surprising if RT Brian O’Neill and EDGE Andrew Van Ginkel didn’t get extended. Giving these two added years could clear plenty of cap space.

3) Apparently, Kevin O’Connell is the Worst Coach in the NFC North: Could actually be true, folks. Dan Campbell is the clear best. Matt LaFleur tends to always be respectably good without being elite while Ben Johnson still has that new car smell. O’Connell’s great flaw is that he has yet to figure out how to run.

4) The Vikings Dates to Know: Pretty soon, the Minnesota Vikings are going to get back to work. The rookies get to TCO on Sunday, July 26th. The veterans get there a couple of days later. Less than two months separate the Vikings from the Week 1 Packers game.

5) Caleb Banks Draws a Bust Prediction: Far too early to make any bust calls. That being said, it’s easy to see how things go poorly here. Mr. Banks has a pile of talent but is raw and working on overcoming injury. A true swing for the fences.
