The Tennessee Titans were back on the field on Thursday, making the final preparations before their Friday evening scrimmage at Nissan Stadium.
The Titans did suffer a couple of injuries that must be monitored over the next few days. Wide receiver Elic Ayomanor (shoulder) and defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers (back) both left practice early and could miss some time.
The team ran through some physical, spirited drills and highlight-worthy plays as they continue to prepare for their preseason opener, and here are some sights and sounds from the action.
After practice, head coach Robert Saleh met with the media and outlined the plan for the Titans’ open scrimmage at Nissan Stadium. He said the team will not go live, but will try to maintain game flow, in what should be a fun and entertaining night of work.
The pads were cracking as the team hit the field for Day 7 of training camp, and the Titans backed it up with an action-packed session.
