MINNEAPOLIS — Team Arkansas closed out the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games with a strong final day Friday, highlighted by a perfect showing in the pool as every swimmer recorded a personal-best time.
Alex Davis led the way with gold medals in the 100 freestyle and 100 individual medley, while Jai Glann fought through a lost pair of goggles to earn bronze in the 100 freestyle.

Arkansas also captured gold in the women’s relay, silver in the men’s relay and unified bocce, and added another gold from Josh McGuire in tennis.
The team returns home Saturday after a week defined by medals, resilience and sportsmanship.
