This week we asked you to pick the Syracuse men’s and women’s teams who had the best 25-26 seasons. It’s going to start some year-in-review content that we’ll be doing here. We’ll be asking you to share the best players, moments, games, etc. as we move through the summer.

It was closer than I thought it might be, but men’s lacrosse took the poll with 56% of the vote to out-pace cross-country and rowing. No votes for men’s soccer this week.

Felisha Legette-Jack’s squad blew away expectations on their way back to the NCAA Tournament and they ran away with this voting. Field hockey and women’s rowing tied in a distant second but both teams had strong seasons.

Once again, apologies to women’s lacrosse who certainly had a season worth acknowledging.
