Another game in the books for the NBA refs what an absolute joke this is becoming! Book can’t buy a freaking foul and just handing them to Brown all night absolutely ridiculous
Yep, it's just so boring and predictable. You'll never get a call in Boston, and Book gets no respect while Brown gets every whistle.

that was playoff basketball - we didn't do so well in crunch time - book getting emotional is not the way idc what the refs are doing - if dillon was committing frustration fouls or going after refs with 2 minutes left in a close game.... maaaaan... this is the second game in a row too - we need book to cook not overheat

I'm not really mad at this loss. They are the NBA champion 2 years ago and currently one of the best teams. Our loss is squarely on lack of experience and preparation for tough close playoff type of games with this new team. Book was great with his scoring but committed too many TOs off swarming defense as if not prepared for such situations, it's partially on coach Ott. Ott intended to play rookies extended min, which might be better given to vets, were it for winning the game solely. Both Fleming and Maluach were repeatedly headfaked into air for bad outcomes, which made good lessons going forward. Gillespie might have hit his own 'rookie' wall with bad 3pt shooting again. I wonder whether he could ever be as good as Prichard in couple of years.

Book has dreadful going hero ball down the stretch in two straight games. That’s last years crap. Hopefully Ott has the cajones to tell him to play 2025-2026 style from now on.

Good points.

Book def regressing with inability to burn the doubles. He looks confused and throws some really turnovers.

The rooks looked like tonight’s game was too big for them.

Gillespie has definitely hit a wall.

Really missing Brooks and Williams right now.

Teams are collapsing on Book hard. No one is positioning to be an outlet for Book that can take advantage of the double team. Other teams have guys wide open off a double team. The Celtics had three point shooters playing off Green and it worked. Why can't we do this with Book?
