The 2026 NFL Draft is quickly approaching, with the Kansas City Chiefs rumored to be interested in several top prospects. ESPN analyst Matt Miller sees a potential fit with Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion.

“There’s a strong case for a fifth receiver in the final eight picks. Texas A&M’s KC Concepcion is the best candidate for that, thanks to his run-after-catch ability and pure speed. Miller wrote. Teams like Buffalo, San Francisco, Kansas City, or Miami could all be potential landing spots.”

The Chiefs will return several receivers from last year’s team, including Rashee Rice, who is expected to be available to start the 2026 season, barring an unforeseen injury. Xavier Worthy is seeking a bounce-back campaign after battling through injuries in 2025, and Tyquann Thornton agreed to a new contract to stay in Kansas City.

During his collegiate career, Concepcion collected 185 catches for 2,218 yards and 25 touchdowns. He earned three-time First-team All-SEC honors, Consensus All-American, and the Paul Hornung Award winner last season.
