hhmm...I rec'd a notice from B of A that they approved a transaction on my closed CC

It was for AOL service. I hadn't used AOL in 5 yrs. They posted $23.90 & said I re-opened my account. I contacted B of A & they said I needed to take it up w/AOL.

I called AOL & they said someone w/the screen name kwraskian amended my old AOL acct & re-opened it.

I told them I hadn't accessed AOL for 5 yrs & they said I did on 7/20. I told them no Ididn't. They finally believed me when I verified my home tel # & Other info.

The tel # this person used is 480-843-5786. That # isn't working now. Anyways - the card is closed & AOL closed that account.

I wish I could've caught the idiot who did this...
