UFCU Disch-Falk Field will be rocking this weekend when the No. 6 Texas Longhorns host the No. 11 Oregon Ducks with a trip to the College World Series on the line.

On Tuesday, the NCAA released the schedule for the best-of-three Austin Super Regional with first pitch on Saturday set for 7:00 p.m. Central on ESPN and an 8:00 p.m. Central start time on Sunday. If necessary, the Horns and Ducks will face off again on Monday with the start time and network to be determined.

Weather could impact the Austin Super Regional with scattered thunderstorms forecast on Saturday with a 60-percent chance of rain and isolated thunderstorms on Monday with a 30-percent chance of rain. The late start on Sunday should showers forecast during the morning hours.

Texas earned its first super regional at home since 2021 after sweeping through the Austin Regional, blowing out Holy Cross and Tarleton State before a two-run home run by junior right fielder Aiden Robbins keyed Sunday’s 6-4 win over UC Santa Barbara.

Oregon also swept the Eugene Regional, opening with a convincing win over Yale, beating Washington State 4-0 and recovering from an early deficit in a 4-1 win against Oregon State on Sunday.
