we gotta wait for pick 33 to sign so we can base our guarantees and offsets off of the contract 33 gets.
occasionally,...those numbers will instead be set by a guy drafted later...around 37.. but its usually pick 33 that sets the standard

Last year the #33 and #34 both got 100% guaranteed, so we won't have to wait now. That was the hold up last year.
