The Dallas Cowboys reportedly have a deal out that would make Brandon Aubrey the highest-paid kicker in the NFL.

As of now he wants more than they offered. That’s partly why a deal has yet to be done

DLLS’ Clarence Hill Jr. reported the news on Tuesday afternoon from the NFL combine where rumors and reports are swirling. There are no details associated with the report so many are left to guess as to what “highest-paid” actually means.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker is currently the top paid kicker in the league. He signed a four-year extension with Kansas City shortly ahead of the 2024 season. It was worth over $25M and had almost $18M fully guaranteed.

Butker has the largest APY among kickers at $6.4M, the largest total guarantee, and the largest fully guaranteed amount. It shouldn’t be shocking that he has the contract with the highest total value as well.

Are the Cowboys coming in north of one of those numbers for Aubrey? Several? All of them? That remains to be seen.
