Press Room | Spalletti's comments after Juventus-Inter
The Men’s First Team lost 2-1 against Inter in their first Australian match of the 2026/27 pre-season.
Chico Conceicao scored for the Bianconeri after Federico Dimarco and Andy Diouf had put the Nerazzurri 2-0 up. Coach Luciano Spalletti spoke to the press after the match.
“We have strong players who play football at a high level. Now we need to work out how we can find the right balance and become more of a team. Tonight, Inter, particularly in the first half, showed they were more of a team than we were. This is something we absolutely must work on, because we need to take a step forward.”
