Jan. 20—PRICEVILLE — The Priceville girls picked up a big win on Monday as they defeated Decatur 55-43.

The game was a matchup between two top 10 teams as Priceville is ranked No. 5 in Class 5A and Decatur ranked No. 9 in Class 6A.

Madalyn Williams led the Bulldogs with 15 points, while Brooklyn Bellamy had 14 and Abby Langlois had nine rebounds and eight points.

Carlee Mitchell led Decatur with 10 points and Pashence Long had eight.



West Morgan boys 88, Sand Rock 66: Class 4A, No. 4 cruised by Class 2A, No. 2 Sand Rock on Monday.

Landon Henderson poured in a game-high 30 points in the win. Keelan Murphy finished with 16 points and Brendan Bradford had 14.



Brewer girls 59, Decatur Heritage 43: Hannah Morrison led Brewer with 13 points in a win on Monday.

Andee Emerson added 10 points. Emma Eastman led Decatur Heritage with 19 and Chloe Cooper finished with 13.



Clements girls 54, Tanner 25: Keymoni Holloway scored 16 points as Clements picked up a win in the first round of the Limestone County tournament on Monday.

Juicy Farrar scored 13 points and Alexi Douglas led Tanner with 10.



Lindsay Lane boys 79, Cullman Christian 15: Jack Sherron scored 19 points for Lindsay Lane. Isaac Tice had 17 and Bryson McMullin had 13.



Cullman Christian girls 61, Lindsay Lane 30: Alice Morrison led the Lions with 16 points.



Decatur Heritage boys 88, Lindsay Lane 65: Jordan Davis poured in a game-high 27 points to lead the Eagles to a win on Saturday.

Sam Gardner finished with 15 points, while Karter Jeffries and Jaion Miller each had 14 points. Jack Sherron led Lindsay Lane with 18 points.



Decatur Heritage girls 43, Lindsay Lane 35: Emma Eastman had a huge game for the Eagles, scoring 29 points.

Alice Morrison led Lindsay Lane with 13.



Lawrence County boys 68, Winfield 48: Jackson Smith had a double-double for the Red Devils, scoring 19 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.
