The No. 1 seed Denver Broncos host the No. 2 seed New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.
The Broncos held off a furious Buffalo rally to defeat the Bills, 33-30,in overtime on a game-winning field goal in the divisional round, but at a cost with a major injury to one of their star players.
Quarterback Bo Nix suffered a broken right ankle during the final drive of the game and will be sidelined for the rest of the playoffs.
Broncos coach Sean Payton has already named backup QB Jarrett Stidham as the starter moving forward.
The Patriots were led by a strong defensive effort as the defense came away with five turnovers in a 28-16 victory over the Houston Texans last weekend.
Either the Broncos or Patriots will face the winner of the No. 1 seed Seattle Seahawks or No. 5 seed Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl 60 on Feb. 8, 2026 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
