MMA ADJACENT
I like the idea of trying a traditional martial arts, from a health and mindfulness perspective (not a fight/sport perspective).
Yet another sport better than slap fighting.

Definitely trying to eat less meat nowadays. Really digging this guy’s stuff. Cauliflower always tastes so good at restaurants, but I’m yet to master it at home.
