The Grand Valley State women's basketball team earned at least a share of the GLIAC title with its 87-52 win at Davenport on Tuesday, Feb. 24.

The No. 3 Lakers improved to 26-1 and 18-1 in the GLIAC. They can clinch the outright conference title with a win over second-place Ferris State on Thursday, Feb. 26, at home.

It is the sixth consecutive GLIAC regular-season championship.

GVSU shot 49.2% from the field and grabbed 51 rebounds, nearly double that of Davenport.

MacKenzie Bisballe led the Lakers on both fronts with a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Nicole Kamin, Paige VanStee and Lauren Slagle each added 10 points. Lexi Plitzuweit had six points, six assists and eight rebounds.
