The NHL playoff picture continues to form heading into the final Saturday of the regular season.

After no games on April 10, the NHL has a full slate on April 11. There could be more clarity in both conferences' wild-card races after the day's action.

The Nashville Predators are a point behind the Los Angeles Kings for the final wild-card spot in the West. Winnipeg trails LA by three points. LA and Winnipeg each have a game at hand.

In the East, Ottawa is in control by three points for the final wild-card spot. Philadelphia currently holds the third spot in the Metro division, but could cede that to either the Islanders or Blue Jackets by the end of the day.
