The New York Giants want to pad their defensive line rotation with a young stud in this draft and have been doing their homework on some the top players in the 2025 NFL draft.

The Giants are reportedly bringing in Toledo's Darius Alexander for a visit this week.

Adding two 30 visits to list for Giants, both among my fave fits at their position: Syracuse QB Kyle McCord and Toledo DT Darius Alexander (spoiler for later this week), per sources.

Alexander, a 6-foot-4, 305-pound senior at Toledo, ran a 4.95 40 at the NFL Combine this past February.

Alexander was a second-team All-MAC selection in 2024. He started 12 games, recording 40 tackles (7.5 for a loss) with 3.5 sacks and four pass break-ups. He also returned an interception for a touchdown in Toledo's bowl victory over Pitt.

The Giants have added some defensive line depth in free agency with the signings of Ray Robertson-Harris and Jeremiah Ledbetter, but as we know, you can never have enough.

The Giants will also host Texas safety Andrew Mukuba and Penn State linebacker Kobe King this week, report Art Stapleton of USA TODAY and NFL insider Aaron Wilson.
