New York Giants draft Darius Alexander: Fans react on social media

The New York Giants selected Toledo defensive tackle Darius Alexander with the No. 65 pick in the 2025 NFL draft and it may be their only selection on Day 2 after Thursday's trade.

"I'm a 3-down defender. I love doing the dirty work on early run-stopping downs. That gives me a chance to showcase my motor and physicality," Alexander told The Draft Network.

Alexander joins a front seven that now consists of Dexter Lawrence, Kayvon Thibodeaux, Brian Burns, and fellow rookie Abdul Carter.
