James signing with Philly is not what anybody expected, particularly with all the strong speculation around the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Obviously, the state of Pennsylvania is thrilled to have one of the greatest NBA players of all time join the 76ers. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro has already named July 24 "LeBron James Day" in honor of his signing.
