Netherlands all-rounder Colin Ackermann has signed a two-year contract extension to stay with Durham until the end of the 2028 season.
Ackermann, 35, moved from Leicestershire ahead of the 2024 campaign and has been a regular across all three formats.
He has scored five first-class centuries for the county and shared in the largest first-class partnership in Durham's history - 425 with David Bedingham in 2024.
"Ackers gives us an important amount of flexibility with both bat and ball across all three formats and is a match winner on his day which we have seen throughout his three years at Durham and hopefully continue to see," said head coach Ryan Campbell.
