NCAA denies Alabama appeal on Jahvon Quinerly eligibility

The NCAA has denied Alabama's appeal seeking immediate eligibility for Villanova transfer point guard Jahvon Quinerly. Crimson Tide coach Nate Oats and athletic director Greg Byrne announced the NCAA's Committee for Legislative Relief's decision on Monday. It came out a few hours before Alabama's game with Florida Atlantic.
