The matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs is now the only postseason basketball remaining prior to the NBA Finals.

After the New York Knicks swept the Cleveland Cavaliers in four games, the top two teams in the Western Conference take center stage for a pivotal Game 5 tonight, May 26 in Oklahoma City.

With the series tied 2-2, tonight's winner fill have two chances to win a deciding game later this week. Despite injuries to Jalen Williams (hamstring) and Ajay Mitchell (calf), the Thunder remain favorites to win Game 5 at home.

The Spurs controlled Game 4 in San Antonio, jumping out to a 23-9 lead and winning 102-83. Part of the reason for the Thunder's offensive struggles was due to perimeter problems. Oklahoma City was 6 of 33 from 3-point range. The Spurs also changed defenses against league MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and limited his playmaking opportunities.

However after a 41-point performance in Game 1, the Thunder kept Victor Wembanyama from being dominant in their victories in Games 2 and 3. Wembanyama was more aggressive in Game 4 and finished with 33 points.
