NASCAR Cup Series Richmond lineup, TV schedule for Saturday's race

The NASCAR Cup Series has a rate Saturday race with the Cook Out 400 on Aug. 15 at Richmond Raceway.

Ryan Blaney is on the pole, one of five Fords starting inside the top 10.

Ryan Preece (starting 6th) is one of those Fords, 29 points behind Austin Cindric (23rd) coming into the weekend.

Three races remain in the regular season before the Chase begins next month.
