Milwaukee Bucks first-round draft pick Brayden Burries was named to the 2026 NBA all-Summer League first team.
Burries is the first Bucks player to make the all-Summer League first team since second-round pick Sandro Mamukelashvili did so in 2022.
Burries played in four of the Bucks' five summer league games and averaged 23.5 points per game, the fifth highest among all summer league players. Burries also averaged 4.3 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game.
Throughout the summer league, Burries showcased both his point-scoring, playmaking and defensive abilities, logging eight blocks across four games. He was the team’s highest scorer in all four games, and he consistently played more than 20 minutes per game as the main playmaker.
Burries was especially integral in the Bucks' 2-point win over the Philadelphia 76ers in their final game. Burries had 27 points and five assists and made the game-winning layup with 2 seconds left in regulation.
Other members of the all-Summer League first team were third overall pick Cameron Boozer, Yaxel Lendeborg, Meleek Thomas, and Caleb Wilson.
