I feel weird about some of these biopics because I lived through it

I watched this tonight. Been putting it off honestly...expectations you see.
First, lets talk about the Casting...
Jafaar Jackson as his uncle Michael....not bad,...pretty damn good...and by the end of the movie just outstanding. The young man did his uncle proud with his work in this.
Coleman Domingo as Joe Jackson...of course he did a great job.
Miles Teller...I almost didnt notice they snuck him in here..
Nia Long...yeah...Momma jackson
Overall, a very well cast movie.
I lived through this stuff..seen a ton of it on TV as it happened... so it hits from that angle.
The movie is well done...and they cut it off at just the right time.
They didnt get into all that bull crap that was all over the news there at the end... they didnt get into how he died...
They focused on the music. From The Jackson five all the way until Mike was a world wide sensation all on his own.
They kept it on the music and I liked where they ended it.
aint gonna lie...its 430am and I think I might have woke a few people up around here belting out "Im Bad" a little too loud....
