As we head into the second weekend of the 2026 March Madness tournament, some of the top teams in the nation are matched up in the Sweet 16 round. One of the biggest games of the weekend is No. 2 Michigan facing off against No. 3 Louisville. The teams have met twice before in the NCAA Tournament in 2019 and 2022, and the Cardinals won both meetings. Will this be the year that Michigan takes it?
