Man Utd youngster Sékou Koné loaned to Lausanne-Sport
Manchester United youngster Sékou Koné has completed a loan move to INEOS-owned club Lausanne-Sport.
Koné first joined United from Malian club Guidars FC and has mainly featured for the U21 side but has made the bench as an unused substitute for the first team previously.
Back in August, the 20-year-old suffered a worrying head injury that saw a National League Cup tie being abandoned but the player eventually returned to action in November.
Koné will now join Lausanne-Sport until the end of the season – alongside fellow United loanee Enzo Kana-Biyik – with the Swiss team facing off against Czech side Sigma Olomouc in the UEFA Conference League later this month.
