The Calgary Flames begin a three-game homestand tonight when they welcome the Utah Mammoth to Scotiabank Saddledome.
Matvei Gridin has already become a consistent producer during his rookie season, and my Flames vs. Ducks predictions and NHL picks for Sunday, April 12 expect him to find the score sheet once again.
After marinating in the minors for a few months earlier this season, Matvei Gridin returned to the Calgary Flames lineup in January and has been one of the team’s top producers since.
Gridin has 18 points in 31 games over that span, one back of Morgan Frost for the team lead. The 20-year-old has recorded a point in eight of his last 11 outings, and will be relied upon to lead the offense tonight vs. the Utah Mammoth.
Utah has allowed 4+ goals in three of its last four contests.
Clayton Keller has been an offensive dynamo for the Mammoth down the stretch, with at least one point in seven straight games, and Over 1.5 points in five of those outings.
