The Las Vegas Raiders are back at mandatory mini-camp, and fans are excited to hear about football. Klint Kubiak and his coaching staff are looking to put their imprint on the franchise and take it to the next level.

Of course, the main position missing from the Raiders is quarterback. They drafted Fernando Mendoza and signed free agent Kirk Cousins to help elevate the position. The battle is supposed to be between them to become the signal caller for Week 1 of this season.

In this Week’s SB Nation Reacts, we ask Raider Nation who will be the starting QB in Week 1. The results are in and the majority of fans are on one side of the spectrum. 71% of Raiders fans believe Kirk Cousins will be the starting quarterback in Week 1.

With Cousins taking a break during the last day of mini-camp, it seems inevitable that Cousins will be the signal caller. However, it will be interesting to see Mendoza’s growth throughout training camp and whether he can close the gap.
