Lake Mary, Florida, needs one more win to reach the 2026 Little League Softball World Series championship game. They'll have to avenge their only loss at the tournament against Clayton, North Carolina, in today's semifinal.

After opening with a pair of wins by a combined score of 29-0, Florida was stymied in a 5-2 loss to North Carolina. Pitcher Anna-Lynn Clark continued her sterling showing at the LLSWS with 13 strikeouts in a complete game, while Chloe Cheek gave up five runs (two earned), all in the fifth inning. She and Brynn Fieser combined to shut out Washington 5-0 through an hourlong lightning delay to earn the rematch.

The loser still gets to play Sunday, Aug. 9, but the winner will follow in the title game against either Toms River, New Jersey, or Owensboro, Kentucky. Follow along live with us as Lake Mary looks to reach the championship in Greenville, North Carolina.
