LEAVITTSBURGH, Ohio (WKBN) – LaBrae boys basketball star Austin Rowe has committed to continue his academic and athletic careers at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
The senior announced his commitment on social media this week.
Rowe averaged 17.6 points as a junior for the Vikings. He also will have 12 varsity letters by the end of his senior year.
The LaBrae standout earned WYTV’sStudent Athlete of the Week award in December for his academic and athletic performances.
MTVU is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) in the Crossroads League Conference.
