The struggling Geraldo Perdomo, who went 0-3 last night and is now batting .221 on the season, will get the day off today and Jose Fernandez will be at shortstop in Game 2 vs the Dodgers.

But Marte should not be leading off. He is a 3-5 hitter where all that HR / flyball tendencies might be RBIs. Moreno absolutely should not be hitting 3rd. Anytime Barrosa plays and isn't in the 9 hole it's a mistake.
Nolan doesn't get robbed this time. 2 runs in and it's 6-4 Dodgers.

Ildemaro Vargas will be at 2B tonight as Ketel Marte getting a day off - decision to have Marte sit was combination of the player and the Dbacks medical team as body is banged up (lower back and hamstrings) and they don't want to risk further injury. Have been told it is nothing alarming.

Only got the quarter Gallen tonight. Bummer. And the error didn't help. Welp - need to get the split tomorrow. Otherwise, yet another series loss.
