The 22-year-old was supposed to play center field and bat seventh. Jarren Duran has been moved from left field to center field. Rob Refsnyder, who was not in the initial lineup, will play left field.
Refsnyder also will take Campbell’s seventh spot in the batting order.

Campbell is batting .301 with a .407 on-base percentage, .495 slugging percentage, .902 OPS, four homers, eight doubles, 12 RBIs, 18 runs, 19 walks and 32 strikeouts in 29 games (123 plate appearances).
