Klay Thompson's final performance as a member of the Golden State Warriors was a tough one. The sharpshooting guard uncharacteristically struggled mightily against the Sacramento Kings in the Warriors' disappointing loss in the play-in tournament to end their season.

Thompson finished the game scoreless, shooting 0-for-10 shooting from the field and 0-for-6 from beyond the arc in Sacramento.

Although it's with a new team, Thompson got revenge at Golden 1 Center on Wednesday night. In a win-or-go-home scenario for the Dallas Mavericks against the Kings in the play-in tournament again, Thompson recorded a vintage performance.

Thompson notched 23 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the field with five made 3-pointers to go along with five rebounds, two assists and a steal in 33 minutes. Thompson caught fire in the second quarter, scoring 16 points with four made triples.

Thompson's 23 points and 27 points from Anthony Davis helped the Mavs eliminate the Kings, 120-106 in Sacramento.

Thompson and the Mavs will now go on to face the Memphis Grizzlies in another elimination game. The winner of Thursday's contest in Memphis will lock up the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference playoffs.
