The biggest event on the horse racing calendar is back as the 152nd Kentucky Derby is set for Saturday at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky.

If you're tuning into the broadcast on NBC, you'll be greeted by some familiar faces but also a new one. Longtime race-caller Larry Collmus is back for the 16th time, and he'll be joined by fellow veteran analysts Randy Moss, calling his 46th Derby, and Jerry Bailey, a Hall of Fame jockey who is calling his 14th Derby after participating in 17 as a jockey.

Mike Tirico is once again back to anchor Kentucky Derby coverage for the 10th time, while reporter Donna Brothers, who has appeared in all 26 NBC broadcasts of the Derby, will be making her final appearance.

New to the broadcast is John Fanta, who calls play-by-play for college football and basketball games for the network. Since February, he has also called NBA games. Fanta will serve as a reporter stationed in the infield.

It will be all hands on deck for NBC as it covers "The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports."
