The new Joe Brady-regime with the Buffalo Bills continues to make important coaching staff moves early in 2026, this time targeting a former member of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

On Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that the Bills are hiring Steelers offensive line coach Pat Meyer.

Meyer, who's served as the Steelers offensive line coach since 2022, was the Bills’ football operations consultant in 2015 and their offensive assistant coach in 2016. He also worked alongside Brady from 2020–2021 on the Carolina Panthers as the offensive line coach.

The Mike McCarthy-led Steelers found a well-respected replacement for Meyer, however, as Pittsburgh is reportedly set to hire veteran offensive line coach James Campen.

We at Steelers Wire will continue to provide key updates on former and incoming coaches as McCarthy's new staff continues to take shape over the next week or so.
