GRANVILLE — The Jill Griesse Memorial turns a decade later this month.
The Pau Hana swim club will host its annual event for the 10th time at Denison University on June 20 through 22. Hundreds of swimmers from across the Midwest will compete throughout the weekend.
Ages 13 years old and up swim each day at 8:10 a.m. Ages 9 to 12 years old swim each day at 2:10 p.m.
The Jill Griesse Memorial is named in honor of Pau Hana’s founder in 1968. She died in 2014 after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
The event has raised about $70,000 for Pelotonia and the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
