The Boston Celtics met the Orlando Magic in Game 4 on Sunday night, looking to take back control of the series after Orlando earned a gritty Game 3 victory. That grittiness and chippy play continued in Game 4, with plenty of jawing back-and-forth with hard fouls on both sides, it's simply playoff basketball with a young Orlando team looking to bring it to the reigning champions.

Point guard Jrue Holiday was out for a second straight game, and the starting five of Jayson Tatum, Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, Al Horford, and Kristaps Porzingis carried most of the load. For the first time in the series, Sam Hauser got a field goal to go down, but it was the duo of Tatum, Brown, and White that carried the scoring for the Boston's offense, as Tatum scored 37 points, with Brown adding 21 points, and White ending the game with 18 points.

Here's a quick recap of the Celtics 107-98 victory against the Orlando Magic to take a 3-1 series lead:

Keys to the game:

Jayson Tatum's excellence: After missing the first playoff game of his career earlier in this series, Tatum has returned with a vengeance, and that continued in Game 4 as he finished with 37 points, 14 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. There was a key moment in the second half where Tatum took a foul from Anthony Black on his injured right wrist, but Tatum bounced back up and knocked down two free throws, not allowing Orlando's physical play to disrupt his stellar performance.

Free throws matter: Boston took advantage of Orlando's physical play instead of letting it throw them off their game, getting to the free throw line 32 times in the game, making 30 of those attempts for a made percentage over 93%, Orlando would only go to the free throw line 20 times, and made 14 of them, shooting 70% from the stripe. Orlando's toughness has been a topic of conversation in this series, but the Celtics were able to use it to their advantage on Sunday night.

Highlight of the game: Kristaps Porzingis gets the and-1 on missed alley-oop from Tatum late in the fouth quarter

The Celtics will have a chance to close out the series against the Magic at home on Tuesday night, returning to Boston after two games in Orlando. The status of Jrue Holiday is to be determined, but there was a report that he could return for the game on Tuesday night, which would bring Boston back to full health in their starting lineup. In the first two games at home, Boston defeated Orlando by a combined 26 points. If they win the series on Tuesday night, the attention will shift to the New York Knicks vs Detroit Pistons series, where New York has a 3-1 series lead.
