Tomas Palacios is doing everything right since returning to Argentina, and his performances at Estudiantes have now caught the eye of the national team setup, with the Inter Milan loanee emerging as one of the names under observation by Lionel Scaloni’s staff.
According to Argentine outlet CieloSports, via FCInterNews, the youngster has impressed since his return to his homeland in the winter transfer window.
The defender joined Estudiantes on loan from Inter in January, and has wasted no time making an impression.

Opportunities were scarce both at Inter and during a loan spell at Monza and simply never allowed him to progress.
A call-up from Scaloni would represent a huge boost for a player who needs to rebuild both his confidence and his reputation after a frustrating spell in Serie A.
