If we land 0 name free agents-What will the attendance be at first home game?

Now we will most likely land a Jeff Blake, maybe a James Hodgins, maybe even a Chike Okeafor. But if we don't get Rosie Colvin, or Vonnie Holiday, or Emmitt Smith and say we draft a good player but not a bigtime name (maybe a Dwayne Roberston or Jimmy Kennedy): how many tickets will be sold for that first home game?

I'll guess 35000 if they are lucky.

I think attendance was Under 20k at the detroit game I attended. So I'll say under 17K at the season opener next year if we have to field the team we have now.

It would be scary unless

the Cards were playing the Raiders or the Cowboys....I've been a season tix holder since 94 but I'm holding out until I see a commitment to win. That means a dramatic shift in philosophy for ole Billy Boy and crew.
