How Vinícius Jr. would respond to José Mourinho’s arrival at Real Madrid
An insight into the thoughts of Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. regarding the impending arrival of José Mourinho at the club has been forthcoming online.
This comes amid the assurance that the Brazilian would be ready to welcome the iconic tactician with open arms.
Mourinho is of course now considered the widespread favourite to replace Álvaro Arbeloa on the bench at Real Madrid this summer.
Desired chiefly for his no-nonsense nature and respect across the football world, ‘Mou’ remains held in the highest possible regard by Blancos president Florentino Pérez.
A reunion is therefore under discussion between the parties, with talks expected to reach a positive conclusion over the coming weeks.
And one member of the dressing room at Valdebebas who would seemingly be more than content with such a development is the aforementioned Vinícius Jr.
As per a report from The Athletic:
‘Sources close to Vinicius Junior said Mourinho’s potential arrival would not be seen as a problem by the player.’
With ‘Vini’ considered one of the leading figures in Real Madrid’s ranks, this stance would go a long way towards easing Mourinho’s welcome period back in Spain’s capital.
