The Los Angeles Dodgers (41-23) improved to 4-0 against the Los Angeles Angels (24-40) while clinching the Freeway Series on Friday night, and look for their fourth win in five games on Saturday night at Dodger Stadium.

Freddie Freeman led off the bottom of the ninth inning with a home run to center field, delivering the Dodgers a 1-0 walk-off win in the series opener on Friday night. Roki Sasaki combined with three relievers on a three-hit shutout, allowing two hits and striking out 10 over seven innings, while Blake Treinen stranded the potential go-ahead run on second base by inducing an inning-ending groundout in the top of the ninth.

Reid Detmers allowed only two hits in six innings, striking out six, for the Angels, who never got a runner past second base and went hitless in six at-bats with runners in scoring position. Nick Madrigal had a double for the Angels while Zach Neto and Jo Adell had their other hits on the night.
Right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto (5-4) draws the start for the Dodgers on Saturday night, entering with a 2.86 ERA and 0.995 WHIP in 11 starts and 69.1 innings. The Angels give the ball to right-hander Jack Kochanowicz (2-4), who comes in with a 5.23 ERA and 1.476 WHIP in 63.2 innings over 12 starts this season. The Angels have lost four of their last five games.
