The fifth Auburn Tiger has now come off the board in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The New York Giants have selected defensive tackle Bobby Jamison-Travis with the 186th pick in the sixth round. Defensive tackle is a position of need for the Giants after trading Dexter Lawrence to the Cincinnati Bengals for the No. 10 overall pick prior to the draft. Jamison-Travis is the only player at the position the Giants have drafted. They used both first-round draft picks on Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese and Miami offensive tackle Francis Mauigoa.

Jamison-Travis started all 12 games for Auburn in 2025 and posted a career high of 36 tackles. He also had two tackles for loss on the season. Over his three seasons at Auburn, he had 56 tackles and four tackles for loss with one sack. He came to Auburn in 2023 as the No. 3 JUCO defensive lineman after playing for Iowa Western. There he was, part of the 2022 National Championship team, and he contributed to the victory. In the win over Hutchinson, he had four tackles, 2.5 sacks, and 2.5 tackles for loss.

Jamison-Travis will join Roy Robertson-Harris and Marlon Tuipulotu as the only defensive tackles on the Giants roster. He is the fifth Auburn player drafted after Keldric Faulk (Titans), Keyron Crawford (Raiders), Connor Lew (Bengals), and Jeremiah Wright (Saints).
