Germany have suffered their first setback in the women's 2027 World Cup qualifiers as they were held by Austria to a goalless draw on Saturday.
The Germans had won all of their previous three games, including a 5-1 thrashing of Austria on Tuesday.
Germany finished the match with only 10 players on the pitch as Janina ***** was sent off in the 79th minute after fouling Julia Hickelsberger as the last defender.
Germany still top Group A4 but are now tied on nine points with second-placed Norway.
The two sides face each other on June 5. Germany complete the qualifiers against Slovenia on June 9.
Elsewhere, world champions Spain thrashed Ukraine 5-0 with a brace from Edna Imade and other goals from Maria Mendez, Eva Navarro and Vicky Lopez.
Spain are second in Group A3, three points behind England, who remained leaders after a narrow 1-0 win over Ukraine.
Only the group winners qualify directly to the World Cup in Brazil, while all other teams advance to a play-off phase.
