Briton Ferry Llansawel 2-0 Barry Town United
Goals from Jade Crofts and Maia Owen sent Briton Ferry Llansawel into the semis for the second time in two years. The hosts dominated the tie from the offset and Crofts opened the scoring in the sixth minute. Owen scored the second just after half-time, with Barry Town failing to seriously threaten the hosts.
Swansea City 0-6 Cardiff City
A derby day thrashing from Cardiff sent Swansea crashing out of the Adran Trophy. A Fiona Barry brace and goals from Hannah Power, Kerry Walklett, Mackenzie Olden and Meg Bowen gave the Bluebirds a crushing win over their rivals.
The New Saints 5-1 Pontypridd United
Lexie Harrison scored twice to make it six goals in six games as holders TNS comfortably beat Pontypridd at Park Hall Stadium. Madison Lloyd gave the visitors a 1-0 lead in the first minute of the game, but a brace from Maria Francis-Jones and a Tiggy Webb goal sent the hosts into the semis.
Wrexham 2-2 Aberystwyth Town (Wrexham won 5-4 on penalties)
Wrexham needed penalties to make it to successive Adran Trophy semi-finals after they were held to a thrilling 2-2 draw by Aberystwyth Town. The hosts were set for a 2-1 win before substitute Millie Gardner scored with the last kick of the game. Both teams scored their first four penalties but Imogen Scourfield hit the post for the visitors leaving Faye Knox to secure the win for the Red Dragons.
