When the Seattle Seahawks triumphed over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX, running back Kenneth Walker III was named the game's MVP. It was the perfect time for Walker to have a magical postseason (in his case, a literal) run as he was set to hit free agency. Walker turned the most dominant stretch of his career into a massive three-year deal worth up to $43.05 million dollars with the Kansas City Chiefs.
So now, Seattle's Super Bowl MVP has joined with the league's most recent dynasty as they look to restart their dominance. Training camps are under way across the NFL, and that of course includes Kansas City. As footage from Chiefs camp gets out, the 12th Man is getting their first look at Walker in his brand new bright red jersey.
However, it doesn't appear that Walker's new camp is all peaches and cream. A video from Kansas City's practice shows that he got quite angry at linebacker Drue Tranquill after a catch from quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The video is embedded in the tweet below.
Of course, this is training camp, and scuffles among teammates are nothing new. They are actually quite common. In fact, there were two fights during the Seahawks' practice on Friday.
All that matters is that no one gets hurt, and at the end of the day teammates can still come together with one goal in mind: winning.
