A once-promising wideout for the Carolina Panthers has found yet another home.
As announced by Elite Sports Agency on Wednesday morning, receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. has signed with the Miami Dolphins on a reserve/future deal. Marshall had spent the first three seasons of his pro career in Carolina.
The Panthers selected the Louisiana State University product and 2019 national champion in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Despite a bit of hype, he'd go on to amass just 64 receptions for 767 yards and one touchdown over 36 games for the organization.
Carolina would waive Marshall during final roster cuts ahead of the 2024 campaign. He'd land with the San Francisco 49ers two days later, only to be let go in mid-October.
Marshall has since picked up stints with the Las Vegas Raiders and the Philadelphia Eagles. The 25-year-old's last regular-season snap came in 2024.
