Michigan State basketball got some great news on Wednesday night, and fans were very excited about it on social media.
It took until the late hours of the night, but eventually, Spartans star guard Jeremy Fears Jr. officially announced he would be withdrawing from the NBA Draft and return for another season at Michigan State. Fears had initially been considered a lock to return for another season with the Spartans, but his impressive pre-draft combine and workout performances helped raise his stock to where some considered it a coin flip on which route he'd decide.
With Fears set to come back, Michigan State will enter next season as a guarantee preseason top 10 team, and potentially a top 5 team. Fears will be a preseason All-American and led a cast of other future NBA players.
So how did the fans and media react to the news of Fears' return on Wednesday night? Let's check that out below:

Roster will have better guard play, greater shot creation, more perimeter shooting. Huge offseason for the frontcourt to find defensive stability and the best two way pairings.
